Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine client mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and frameworks to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each client's specific goals, preferences, and therapeutic needs, regularly reviewing progress and adjusting plans as necessary.
  • Provide therapeutic services in various formats, including individual counseling sessions, group therapy, and workshops, ensuring a diverse range of support methods for our patient population.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment updates utilizing our electronic health records (EHR) system to ensure compliance and enhance continuity of care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to client care, including referrals to psychiatrists, social workers, and support groups as needed.

Compensation and Benefits
