Peak Performance Psychotherapy Services is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dynamic team as a full-time provider of mental health counseling services. This is a fully remote position, offering you the autonomy to conduct sessions in a comfortable setting while maintaining a strong connection with our clients. • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine client mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and frameworks to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each client's specific goals, preferences, and therapeutic needs, regularly reviewing progress and adjusting plans as necessary.
• Provide therapeutic services in various formats, including individual counseling sessions, group therapy, and workshops, ensuring a diverse range of support methods for our patient population.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment updates utilizing our electronic health records (EHR) system to ensure compliance and enhance continuity of care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to client care, including referrals to psychiatrists, social workers, and support groups as needed.
• Uphold the highest standards of professional ethics and practice guidelines, adhering to confidentiality laws and organizational policies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices, emerging treatment modalities, and the latest research in mental health.

The primary focus of our counseling services involves working with diverse groups, including children, families, individuals with trauma histories, and clients facing substance use challenges. You will have the opportunity to employ therapeutic techniques conducive to a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Familiarity with culturally sensitive practices is essential to maximize the effectiveness of the support we offer.

• A Master's Degree in Counseling or a related field is required.
• Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of three years of experience in a mental health counseling setting, demonstrating an established proficiency in delivering therapeutic services.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients and colleagues alike.
• Proficiency in independent work and also in team settings, fostering collaboration both within the organization and in client care.

• Experience working with specific populations, such as children, families, or those facing substance abuse and trauma issues, is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and telehealth platforms will enhance your ability to efficiently navigate client documentation and therapy delivery.
