Spavia at The Collection is hiring a FT Assistant Spa Manager at our independently owned luxury spa--where guests relax, recenter, and renew.

Pay: Hourly base $18-$20 + membership sales commissions, retail commissions, and performance bonuses.


Schedule: must be available for evenings/weekends/holidays

Mon: 2:00p-9:00p 7 hrs

Wed: 9:00a-4:00p 7 hrs

Your Impact

Assistant Manager Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Build weekly schedules, manage swaps/requests, ensure peak-time coverage, and maximize utilization.
  • Training & Coaching: Onboard new GAs; role-play scripts; monitor performance and guest reviews; coach for consistent 5-star experiences.
  • Sales, KPIs & Reporting: Lead daily huddles and a visible scoreboard; drive membership, retail, and gift card goals; track and report weekly KPIs.
  • Leadership & Guest Experience: Motivate the team; uphold Spavia service standards; resolve issues promptly to protect NPS/reviews.
  • Cleanliness & Presentation: Keep lobby, retail, and back-of-house spaces clean, sanitized, stocked, and guest-ready; execute floor sets.
  • Hiring & Onboarding Support: Assist with interviews and orientation; uphold brand standards and guest-journey scripts.
  • Inventory & Controls: Monitor retail/back-stock levels; coordinate ordering/receiving; manage par levels and shrink control.
  • Community & Customer Relations (as assigned): Support local partnerships/donations, VIP events; oversee guest communications and POS accuracy.
