This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work location while ensuring that you can deliver essential mental health services to clients in the comfort of their own homes. Our telehealth facility provides state-of-the-art technology to facilitate virtual therapy sessions, ensuring that you can engage meaningfully with clients from various backgrounds. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse histories and mental health conditions, creating a clear understanding of their unique needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address not only addiction but also any underlying mental health issues, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), tailored to support clients' recovery.
• Collaborate with fellow treatment team members, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to deliver integrated care that promotes the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Engage with and educate clients’ families to assist in their involvement in the recovery process, thus enhancing the overall support system for clients.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate records in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, ensuring confidentiality and quality of care.

Our clients include individuals battling substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders, each with their own unique backgrounds and recovery journeys. You will be instrumental in empowering these clients to navigate their challenges and achieve lasting recovery, offering them the tools and support necessary to lead healthy, fulfilling lives.

• A valid license as LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or PsyD (Doctor of Psychology) is required.
• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Specialized training or extensive experience in addiction counseling and treatment for substance use disorders.
• Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based practices relevant to substance abuse treatment and co-occurring disorders.
• Strong therapeutic and counseling skills, with the ability to inspire motivation and resilience in clients.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to facilitate a collaborative approach to client care.

The salary range for this position is USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
