Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ mental health histories and develop tailored treatment plans that address their specific needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LMFT at Inner Peace Oasis, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families grappling with relational issues, mental health disorders, and life transitions. Your role will be critical in creating a therapeutic environment that fosters trust, understanding, and healing. You will also be equipped to provide specialized support for clients dealing with trauma, anxiety, and depression, utilizing your expertise to empower them through their recovery journey.

Qualifications
  • A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and a safe therapeutic alliance with clients from various backgrounds.
  • Strong empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental approach towards clients' narratives and experiences.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Annual salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
