The Money & Perks:

  • $17.00–$24.00/hr Base Pay: Your starting rate is based directly on your experience and the level of responsibility you want to take on.
  • Paid Moving Training: No moving experience? No problem. We'll teach you how to pack, wrap, protect, and move furniture like a pro.

  • Tips & Bonuses: Our crews average an extra $150–$250+ per week in combined credit card tips, cash tips, review bonuses.
  • Full Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision coverage kicks in after 90 days (for full-time team members).
  • No Forced Overnights: Most jobs are local around the Portland metro area. Overnight opportunities are completely optional.

What We Need From You:

  • Work Ethic: We want dependable people who enjoy physical work, work well with a team, and take pride in doing a great job.
  • Compliance & Screenings: Must be able to pass a criminal background check in accordance with OAR 740-060-0045.
  • The Physical Aspect: This is an active, heavy-lifting job. You must be in good physical condition and able to lift and carry heavy items (75+LBS)
  • Reliability: Shifts start at 7:30 AM sharp. We need dependable team members who show up ready to roll.
  • FOR DRIVER APPLICANTS: * Driving Record & Experience: 5+ years of U.S. driving experience, 2+ years driving experience, and passing our MVR requirements. * Compliance & Screenings: Must meet all D.O.T. standards and be able to pass a background check a DOT medical exam.

The Job & Roles:

  • Wrapping, protecting, loading, and unloading customer belongings.
  • Working as part of a professional moving crew.
  • Assisting with local residential and commercial moves from start to finish.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service while safely handling customers' property.
