Job description

Company Overview
PDX Movers is a dynamic moving company that has grown from a local enterprise established in 2012 to a nationwide provider of residential and commercial moving services. We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a culture of ownership, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Job Summary
PDX Movers is hiring full-time movers and drivers who aren't afraid to take charge - behind the wheel and on the job.* We're looking for dependable, driven individuals who can confidently handle a 26-foot box truck and have the physical strength and stamina to take on the demanding lifting each move requires.
This role is fast-paced and physically intense - you'll need to be in great shape, stay focused under pressure, and maintain a fast pace from start to finish. Whether you're navigating tight streets or hauling heavy furniture up flights of stairs, it takes grit, coordination, and serious hustle.
You won't just be moving boxes - you'll be part of a team that works smart, backs each other up, and takes pride in doing the job right. Your effort will be seen, appreciated, and make a real difference every day.
If you're motivated, physically strong, team-minded, and ready to put in solid work with solid people, PDX Movers might be exactly where you belong.
-What We're Looking For-
  • Experienced driving 26' box trucks (U-Haul size)
  • Valid driver's license (2+ years)
  • Pass a background check
  • Clean 5-year MVR (no major violations)
  • Pass a DOT physical
  • Able to lift 100+ lbs and handle lots of stairs
  • Reliable, respectful, and ready to hustle
  • Start at 7:30 AM sharp
  • Weekend availability

-What You'll Be Doing-
  • Driving or assisting on 26' box truck moves
  • Wrapping, packing, lifting, loading, and unloading with care
  • Prepping homes and protecting customer property
  • Keeping trucks clean, organized, and ready to roll
  • Following DOT & FMCSA rules (we'll make sure you're set up to succeed)

-What You Bring-
  • Strong work ethic and serious stamina
  • Solid communication and a team-player attitude
  • Respect for customers, crew, and the job at hand
  • Not a driver? No worries - if you're tough, reliable, and can move heavy stuf all day, we want you!

-Pay & Perks-
  • $20-$25/hr, depending on experience
  • Paid weekly
  • Tips!! Average an extra $4-$6/hr in your pocket
  • Paid sick time & bonuses for customer reviews
  • Health, dental, and vision benefits after 90 days (full-time)
  • Real growth opportunities - leadership roles, training, and more
  • This isn't just a job - it's a challenge. If you're ready to show up, work hard, and be part of something better... *PDX Movers is Not Your Average Movers. Are you in?
