PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading company in the industrial manufacturing industry to find a skilled Electrical Assembler who is passionate about precision, quality, and innovation. Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Industry: Industrial Manufacturing
Security Requirement: Must be eligible to work in compliance with ITAR regulations.

What You'll Do

As an Electrical Assembler, you'll play a vital role in manufacturing high-quality electro-mechanical systems used in advanced industrial applications. Your expertise will help ensure every product meets exact performance and quality standards.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Assemble complex electro-mechanical systems involving electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic circuits.

  • Build wiring harnesses, electrical panels, controllers, and electrical cabinets.

  • Install electrical components and controller software.

  • Perform board soldering, wire termination, crimping, and component installation.

  • Test, tune, troubleshoot, and verify electrical assemblies for proper operation.

  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

  • Use electrical diagnostic equipment including oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, analyzers, and precision measuring instruments.

  • Collaborate with Engineering and Applications teams on standard and custom electrical system builds.

  • Safely operate hand tools, soldering equipment, wire crimpers, micrometers, cranes, and hoists.

  • Maintain quality standards while meeting daily production schedules.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • Experience assembling electrical or electro-mechanical systems in a manufacturing environment.

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.

  • Experience using electrical testing and diagnostic equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and analyzers.

  • Knowledge of controller software and Ladder Logic.

  • Experience using soldering tools, wire crimping tools, micrometers, and other precision hand tools.

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining exceptional quality and productivity.

  • Comfortable standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 40 pounds regularly.

  • Experience operating cranes, hoists, or other material handling equipment.

  • Ability to meet ITAR eligibility requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience assembling custom industrial electrical systems or control panels.

  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.

  • Experience working closely with engineering teams on prototype or specialized builds.

  • Previous experience in industrial manufacturing or automation environments.
