What do we look for in a Co-op/Intern and New Grad?
  • For a summer, fall, or winter Co-op/Intern role, you must be a current student, going back to school in the semester following your work term.
  • For a New Grad role, you must be a current student, graduating within 1 year of the role’s start date
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada
  • Show a keen interest in joining one of the businesses in our firm
  • Demonstrated leader, who takes initiative, in and out of the work environment by utilizing interpersonal and team-building skills
  • Creative thinker, who’s excited by innovation and embraces change. 
  • Curious and committed to continuous learning and professional development
