Patient Experience Specialist (PCX)

Front Desk + Rehab/Therapies + Patient Support

Vitality Chiropractic – Highlands Ranch, CO

Do you love helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and bring positive energy wherever you go?

At Vitality Chiropractic, we are not your typical chiropractic office.

We are on a mission to help transform the health of our community. Every week, we help hundreds of people—from kids to athletes to busy professionals and families—improve their health naturally and avoid unnecessary medications, injections, and surgeries.

We are growing, and we are looking for a high-energy, warm, coachable, dependable rockstar to join our team.

This is not “just a front desk job.”

This is a high-impact healthcare role where you will help create an incredible patient experience, guide therapies and rehab, support advanced technologies, and become part of changing lives.

If you love helping people, learn quickly, stay calm under pressure, and enjoy being part of a mission bigger than yourself, keep reading.

About The Position

This position is called our Patient Experience Specialist (PCX) because your role is to help create an outstanding experience from the second a patient walks through the door.

This role currently includes approximately:

40% Front Desk / Patient Experience

  • Greeting patients warmly
  • Helping maintain positive clinic flow
  • Scheduling and communication
  • Supporting a high-energy, welcoming environment
  • Keeping patients on track with care

40% Rehab / Therapy Support

  • Coaching patients through simple exercises and rehab protocols
  • Helping patients stay motivated and encouraged
  • Ensuring therapy areas are organized and flowing smoothly

20% Advanced Therapy Support

  • Assisting with decompression and advanced therapies
  • Supporting technologies like SoftWave and other therapies
  • Following systems and protocols with excellence

No chiropractic experience?

That is okay.

Experience is a plus, but attitude, coachability, reliability, and heart matter more to us than experience.

We can train skills.

We cannot train:

  • Positive energy
  • Reliability
  • Warmth
  • Work ethic
  • Coachability
  • A servant heart

Who Thrives Here

You LOVE:

  • Helping people
  • Staying active and moving
  • Learning new things
  • Being part of a mission-driven team
  • Fast-paced environments
  • Structure and systems

This Job Is Probably NOT For You If...

✘ You struggle with being on time

✘ You become easily overwhelmed when multiple things are happening at once

✘ You dislike working with people or being around patients all day

✘ You dislike learning systems or receiving coaching

✘ You avoid physical interaction or are uncomfortable coaching patients through exercises

✘ You say things like: “That’s not my job”

At Vitality, success means:

  • Patients feel welcomed, cared for, and encouraged
  • The office flows smoothly even during busy times
  • Rehab and therapy systems are followed consistently
  • Patients feel motivated and supported
  • You solve problems rather than create them
  • You grow into increasing levels of responsibility

  • Exceptional punctuality
  • Coachable attitude
