Job description

weekly pay $22.50/hour – CNA/PCT at Community Rehabilitation Hospital West
- Work in a 40-bed, state-of-the-art inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital specializing in recovery from severe injury or illness.
- Provide ongoing, customized, and intensive rehabilitation care for adult patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.
- Support the hospital’s mission to maximize patient health, function, and quality of life through comprehensive rehabilitation programs.
- Deliver patient care on the 1st and 2nd floors as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain a patient ratio of 1:6, ensuring attentive and individualized care.
- Utilize Epic EHR for documentation and patient management.
- Work PER DIEM shifts, including weekends as required.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members (Supervisor: Alyse Keys).
- Adhere to facility protocols, including wearing navy scrubs.
- Engage with adult patient population.
- Perform duties as assigned to support patient recovery and rehabilitation goals.
- Report at assigned start times (7a or 7p) and follow facility-specific arrival and parking instructions.
