- Network Security Foundation - Hands-on experience with network security products and concepts such as zero trust architecture, next-generation firewalls, application identification (AppID), micro-segmentation, and secure access
- Firewall & Platform Proficiency - Proven experience working with firewall and network security platforms such as Palo Alto Networks, Checkpoint, and/or Fortinet
- Troubleshooting Ability - Familiarity with common troubleshooting methodologies on network security platforms, including firewalls, routing, NAT, and VPN
- Operating System Knowledge - Proficiency across client and server operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux
