Position Title: Electronics Technician (Maintenance I / II / III) Company: Tri-County Steel LLC (TCS) Location: On-Site at NSWC Crane Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: Commensurate with experience. Clearance Level Required: Secret (Interim Secret to start). U.S.

Job Summary: We are seeking Electronics Technicians at the Maintenance I, II, and III levels to support a Department of Defense customer at NSWC Crane.

Work is performed in laboratory environments supporting electronic warfare (EW) and radar systems. Technicians perform component-level repair, testing, calibration, and preventive maintenance on a variety of EW systems and subsystems, including RF-level work on associated electronic assemblies. Essential Functions: • Perform component-level soldering, rework, and assembly on electronic assemblies and printed circuit boards (PCBs) • Conduct switch tube testing and functional testing of electronic subassemblies per technical orders and schematics • Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on power supply and solid-state lab equipment • Perform RF-level diagnostics and repair, including work on low-band VCOs • Operate and interpret results from standard electronic test equipment including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal analyzers • Maintain accurate maintenance logs, repair records, and calibration documentation • Perform motor maintenance and spare parts testing as assigned • Support higher-level technicians or engineers on system-level troubleshooting at the Tech I and II levels • Adhere to Tool Control and ESD safety protocols at all times Experience and Skills: • Associate's degree in Electronics Technology or a closely related field preferred; equivalent military or vocational training accepted • Degree waivers for candidates with demonstrated hands-on experience are considered on a case-by-case basis • 0-5 years of experience in electronic systems testing, repair, and maintenance, commensurate with level of placement • Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical orders, and maintenance manuals • Familiarity with analog and digital circuit troubleshooting and standard diagnostic equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal analyzers) • Experience with component-level soldering and PCB rework • Strong documentation habits; ability to maintain accurate maintenance logs and calibration records Certifications: • IPC J-STD-001 (Solder Certification) and IPC 7711/7721 (Rework): Preferred at time of hire; required within 90 days of start date.

TCS will provide access to training. • ESD Certification: Required within 90 days of start date. TCS will provide access to training.
