Job description

You will be the Manufacturing Engineer (PWB / PCB Computer Aided Manufacturing) for the Missiles & Fire Control Manufacturing Engineering - Dallas Electrical Shop PWB team. Our team is responsible for delivering highquality Printed Wiring Boards (PWB) that enable missioncritical missile systems.


What You Will Be Doing


As the Manufacturing Engineer (PWB / PCB Computer Aided Manufacturing) you will be responsible for advancing manufacturing processes, work instructions, and riskmitigation strategies for PWB production.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Review designs and drawings to ensure compliance and manufacturability.

  • Create CAM data required to produce PWB in accordance with drawings and specifications.

  • Develop and maintain work instructions, task lists, and rework/repair guides for nonconformance processing.

  • Identify production risks, devise mitigation plans, and lead validation activities for new manufacturing lines.

  • Drive costreduction initiatives while meeting schedule, quality, and safety targets.
