Job description

Sapsol Technologies is lock-in sourcing an experienced PCB/PCBA Supplier Manufacturing & Quality Surveillance Engineer for an immediate 3-month contract supporting a key aerospace project.

Locations: Montreal, QC OR Toronto, ON (100% Onsite at Supplier Facility)

Contract Type: Contract Only

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee PCBA production execution, schedule tracking, and capacity bottleneck mitigations.
  • Audit and monitor incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections per IPC and AS9100 standards.
  • Lead non-conformance containment, non-conformance reporting, and 8D / 5-Why root cause investigations.
  • Deliver weekly executive reporting, action trackers, and risk mitigation plans.

Requirements: 5+ years PCB/PCBA experience | IPC & AS9100 expertise | Authorized to work in Canada.
