We are seeking an experienced High-Level PCB Assembler to support our growing operations. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with strong rework and soldering expertise who can build, modify, and repair complex printed circuit board assemblies to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build through-hole (THT) and surface mount (SMT) PCB assemblies per controlled documentation
  • Perform rework and repair of PCB assemblies, including trace cuts and jumper additions
  • Hand-solder SMT and THT components to IPC-A-610 Class 3 standards
  • Wire and solder prototypes and complex assemblies of unique designs
  • Operate equipment such as aqueous cleaners and component placement tools
  • Assist with wave solder and selective solder processes
  • Cut, form, and manually place components
  • Assemble chassis and electromechanical components using various hardware
  • Recommend documentation improvements to enhance quality and efficiency
  • Provide guidance and support to PCB Assembler I & II team members
  • Maintain strict adherence to quality standards and workmanship guidelines

Qualifications & Skills

  • Advanced ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
  • Strong component identification knowledge
  • Proven soldering skills meeting IPC-A-610 Class 3 standards
  • Experience with PCB rework (SMT & THT) and rework soldering equipment
  • Proficiency using SN63, SN96, and HMP solder materials
  • Ability to assemble medium to highly complex electronic assemblies
  • Strong attention to detail in high-volume, precision-driven environments
  • Ability to handle small, delicate components with accuracy
  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Required Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 5 years of PCB assembly experience (including rework)
