RF Field Engineer – Aurora, CO
This job announcement will be posted on an ongoing basis.
ICR is seeking experienced RF Field Engineers to join the Kaldi Team. The Kaldi Program is an effort supporting the US Navy. ICR provides world class engineering support in the areas of Software Engineering, Hardware Virtualization, Data Analysis, Mission Engineering, and Field Mission Support. The Navy has relied on ICR for 4 years to support its mission, and has recently contracted for another 4 years.
Required
  • Must have 4-6 yrs experience in RF Field Engineering or similar career field.
  • Must have active Top Secret security clearance with SSBI and SCI access
    • US Citizenship required.
  • Must be able to deploy OCONUS (6-8 Week duration; at least 1x per year)
  • Must have SATCOM Ops and Maintenance experience
  • Basic understanding of Linux OS fundamentals
  • Excellent communication skills - proven ability to interact with customers, end users, subcontractors, and the internal project technical team to guide technical support through communication and collaboration
Preferred
  • Understanding of System Architectures
  • Experience conducting SATCOM Survey
  • Ability to work independently, as well as work with multi-disciplinary engineering teams to ensure the successful operations of RF systems.
  • Experience with Data analysis, i.e., Packet Capture (PCAP) data
  • Understanding of signals collection/processing/DSP engineering
  • Solid understanding of System engineering and SW development
  • Ability to script in Python, Java, and C
  • Understanding of Network mapping
  • Understanding of OSI model
Salary: $125,000 - $195,000
