The Front Bar Receptionist is the heartbeat of the facial bar-setting the tone for each guest

Role Overview
Job Title: Front Bar Receptionist
Job Type: Part-Time W2 Employee
Reports To: Esthetics Coach & Performance Manager
Location: FACE FOUNDRIÉ | Oakland Park, FL

Compensation: $17 per hour + retail and membership commission
A Day in the Life:
• Create a warm, welcoming, and positive experience for every guest
• Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
• Educate guests on FACE FOUNDRIÉ services, memberships, and retail products
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
• Accurately explain, recommend, and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products and services
• Support daily operations including scheduling assistance, inventory awareness, and front
desk procedures
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and brand standards throughout the facial bar
• Ensure company policies, timekeeping procedures, and operational processes are
followed accurately
• Attend mandatory training sessions and team meetings
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures to always ensure compliance
