GHG Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Wichita, Kansas.

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 9th floor Medical/Telemetry unit with 29 beds
• Patient ratio of 1:6 (estimated, never guaranteed)
• Night shift team consists of 5 RNs and 3 Patient Care Techs
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital Telemetry experience required
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Experience with PCA pumps and IV pumps required
• EMR system: Meditech (experience preferred)
• NIH certification preferred
• Perform central line care and medication drip management
• Must demonstrate strong critical thinking skills and ability to work independently
• Positive attitude and patient-focused approach required

This medical center is a full-service acute care facility offering a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services to the surrounding community. The 9th floor Medical/Telemetry unit is staffed by an experienced and engaged team dedicated to providing high-quality patient care. The facility utilizes Meditech as its EMR system and is equipped with modern technology including PCA pumps and IV pumps to support comprehensive patient care.
