INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST

As an Information Technology Specialist with The Cliffs, you will be part of a team that is committed to providing exceptional service to our communities and is eager to learn and expand their knowledge and skills. We are growing communities where career opportunities and growth are endless.



JOB DUTIES:

  • Troubleshoot and correct PC hardware and software issues
  • Review help desk requests and respond to user issues
  • Diagnose and resolve basic network issues
  • Provide software support and training to users to help them become more efficient in their jobs
  • Create/Maintain user accounts in Active Directory and Office 365
  • Configure, install, and maintain phone hardware
  • Pull and terminates network cable
  • TV wall mount installation
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Windows; MacOS a plus
  • General Audio/Video knowledge
  • Prior experience with basic IP routing
  • Capable of working independently to find answers to various user issues
  • Wireless networking knowledge is preferred
  • Certifications a plus
  • Restaurant Point of Sale experience a plus
  • Fortinet and Ubiquiti experience a plus
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable record
  • Local travel with use of Company vehicle
  • Must be willing to work scheduled hours and a rotating call schedule
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
