Job Description:

The PC Technician LAN/WAN will be responsible for providing on-site support for LAN/WAN networks. The technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to network connectivity, hardware and software. The technician will also be responsible for installing and configuring network equipment and software, as well as providing end-user support.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience as a PC LAN/WAN Technician
  • Strong knowledge of Helpdesk ticketing processes
  • Relational database structure and development of related languages (VBA/VB/SQL/VBScript, etc.) desired.
  • Experience with network equipment and software installation and configuration
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
