What You'll Do
  • Prepare and review individual, business, and trust tax returns
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting and bookkeeping for clients as needed
  • Support clients with tax planning and correspondence with tax authorities
  • Mentor junior staff and review their work
  • Participate in client meetings and build trusted relationships

What We're Looking For
  • Required Active CPA or EA license or at least 2 parts passed of either exam.
  • Minimum 3 years of recent public accounting experience
  • Strong understanding of tax compliance and accounting principles
  • Proficient with tax and accounting software such as QuickBooks, UltraTax, CCH, or similar.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
  • Someone who values attention to detail, family values, and professional growth
