Major Skills:

IBMi/AS400 Expertise:

  • SYNON
  • RPG (including Modern RPG and ILE)
  • CL (Control Language)
  • ALDON (Change Management System)

RxClaim/PBM Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM)
  • Familiarity with RxClaim systems

Key Qualifications:

  1. Preferred Technical Background:
    • Cloud experience alongside IBMi/AS400
  2. Domain Expertise:
    • Healthcare domain knowledge
    • Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Leadership:
    • Lead development and maintenance of IBMi/AS400 applications using SYNON, RPG (Modern RPG, ILE), CL, and ALDON.
    • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team, ensuring adherence to best practices in software development and system management.
  2. RxClaim and PBM Management:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to support, enhance, and troubleshoot RxClaim systems.
    • Leverage knowledge of Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) processes to address technical challenges and improve system performance.

System Development and Modernization:

  • Participate in designing, developing, and modernizing IBMi/AS400 applications to meet evolving business needs.
  • Drive integration of cloud-based solutions with IBMi/AS400 systems where applicable.

Domain Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, particularly in the healthcare and PBM domains, to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.

Problem Solving and Support:

  • Diagnose and resolve system issues efficiently while ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for system optimization and automation.

Documentation and Compliance:

  • Document technical processes, system configurations, and project progress comprehensively.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards, especially in healthcare and PBM environments.
