Pharmacy Manager

Location: Louisville, KY Rate: DOE $/hr. Position Type: Contract Interview Process: Phone Followed by F2F

US Citizen, Green Card and GC EAD

Job Description: Job description requires 12-15 years of minimum IT experience. At least 10 years should be directly working with pharma companies, PBMs or Payers in their Pharmacy/PBM area. Expertise in defining solutions around PBM platforms (Argus would be a plus). Understanding of overall process flow among eligibility, claims, and benefit systems. Understanding of needs and challenges in this space. Understanding of different IT solutions in the market and their pros and cons. Expertise to navigate in a multi-vendor environment and confident to manage multiple stakeholders. Great presentation skills. Must have led consulting assignments. Experience working with top tier consulting organizations would be preferred. Hand-on understanding of technology trends and ability to apply to live solution approaches.
