As a workforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide clients with comprehensive support and drive end-to-end organisation and talent transformation initiatives to support the overall strategy of the organisation, applying a breadth of understanding of organisational and workforce consulting solutions across topics such as workforce strategy, talent development, rewards, organisational design to improve employee experience and organisational effectiveness.

As part of the HR Managed Services team you will lead teams to generate a vision and establish direction while motivating members to create an atmosphere of trust and innovation. As a Director, you will demonstrate thought leadership in payroll policies and practices, managing global payroll operations and maintaining compliance with regulations. This position provides an exciting opportunity to drive transformational change and develop trusted client relationships across a global network.

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
