In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the full-cycle payroll process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution for a workforce of over 400 employees across multiple states. Ideal candidates will have a passion for payroll, a meticulous eye for detail, and experience managing complex payroll processes that go beyond standard time-entry systems. To be successful in this role, you must be data-driven, highly organized, and able to work independently without micromanagement.
