Basic Purpose and Objective of the Position:
The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the administration, optimization, and ongoing support of the organization's Human Resources Information System, with a primary focus on Rippling. This role ensures data integrity, system efficiency, and seamless HR processes while delivering insights that support strategic decision-making.
Major Responsibilities: reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions:
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the HRIS, including configuration, maintenance, and enhancements
  • Manage employee data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance across HR systems
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR and leadership teams
  • Support and optimize HR workflows such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and performance management
  • Troubleshoot system issues and partner with internal teams and vendors to resolve them
  • Lead system upgrades, implementations, and process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies
  • Regularly audit HRIS data and workflows in Rippling to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal controls and external audit requirements.
  • Train HR and business users on system functionality and best practices
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of HRIS or HR operations experience (manufacturing or industrial environment preferred)
  • Experience with system integrations (HRIS, ERP, timekeeping systems)
  • Hands-on experience with Rippling (configuration, reporting, workflows)
  • This position may require access to ITAR-controlled technical data and services. As such, all applicants must be U.S. persons, as defined by ITAR, to be considered for this role. Targeted Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000 + bonus
