Qualifications & Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent. CPP preferred.
  • 2-4 years' experience processing multi-state payroll.
  • Working knowledge of payroll best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations.
  • Strong PC skills including proficiency in Excel.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Processes Payroll
  • Enters and adjusts:
    • 401k Deferral changes
    • 401k Loans
  • Enters and processes:
    • Child Support orders
    • Liens and Garnishments
    • Reciprocity
  • Filing (as needed)
  • Point of contact for Payroll related questions
