Description

Accent Electrical Services was founded in 2003 and is located in Broomfield, Colorado. Accent Electrical Services is a commercial electrical contractor with projects located all over the Denver Metro Area. We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team.


Work will consist of providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Work will consist of performing various administrative and clerical tasks. Position also provides important payroll, accounts payable and tax reporting support.


Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Greet office visitors
  • Office supply management
  • Run office errands
  • Company event planning
  • Initiate, maintain and renew city and state electrical contractor licenses and business registrations

Accounting Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit monthly Occupational Privilege Tax report
  • Maintain vendor payment files and weekly accounts payable filing
  • Track receipt of credit card receipts and post receipts in accounting system
  • Monthly credit card statement reconciliation
  • Monthly vendor statements reconciliation
  • Make vendor payments and post in accounting system, as directed by President

Payroll Responsibilities:

  • Process time cards from time keeping software to accounting system for weekly payroll
  • Prepare weekly payroll import sheet for accounting
  • Track and process employee payroll reimbursements
