Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing using systems such as Workday, ADP, Paychex, UltiPro, Kronos, or Ceridian, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Perform data entry and account reconciliation tasks related to payroll, benefits administration, and tax filings.
Maintain detailed records of payroll transactions, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliations aligned with corporate accounting standards.
Collaborate with Human Resources and accounting teams to ensure proper benefits administration and compliance with governmental regulations.

Experience with benefits administration, FMLA, tax compliance, governmental accounting standards, and non-profit accounting.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Proven experience managing payroll using platforms such as Workday, ADP, Paychex or similar HRIS systems.
Strong knowledge of payroll management procedures combined with familiarity in accounting software like QuickBooks or other financial tools.
Understanding of financial concepts including debits & credits, journal entries, double entry bookkeeping, and general ledger accounting.

Proficiency in data entry with 10 key typing skills; ability to handle high-volume transactions efficiently.
