Job Description: JOB DETAILS

Job Title: Payroll Specialist
Looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to work for an outstanding company in the Tampa, FL. This is not a remote position. Candidates would ideally have the following to be considered for the openings:
*Processing of multi-state payroll
*Imports and exports of excel data
*Reconciliations
*Data entry of employee data
*Frequent client interaction in regards to payroll and services
*Maintenance of client processing notes
*Audit and compliance of client payroll and new employee submissions
*Preparing custom reporting as requested by clients
*First line customer representative
*Outlook
*Excel
*Prism or other payroll software
*Microsoft Word
*Payroll Processing Multi-state with with high volume 3k or more weekly
*Strong communication skills
*Detail Oriented
*This opening is immediate and phone interviews will be conducted upon resume screenings and determination of qualifications. Then in person interviews will be conducted.
