A growing company is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations across multiple entities. This role is responsible for accurate payroll processing, compliance, reporting, and improving payroll systems and processes.
Responsibilities
• Process and oversee payroll for multiple companies and employee groups.
• Ensure compliance with payroll laws, taxes, and union agreements.
• Manage payroll taxes, deductions, PTO, and employee records.
• Reconcile payroll, prepare reports, and support audits.
• Improve payroll systems, processes, and internal controls.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and leadership on payroll matters.
Requirements
• 4+ years of payroll experience, including management experience.
• High-volume, multi-company payroll experience required.
• Union payroll experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, taxes, and payroll systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
Bilingual in Eglish/Spanish.
