Job description

Description

Balanced Body is hiring! We're on the hunt for an experienced Payroll and HR Specialist to join our People team and help keep both the paychecks and the people side of Balanced Body running smoothly.

In this role, you'll manage payroll - domestic and international - for 450+ employees on our biweekly cycle - hands-on and detail-heavy during processing week, lighter in the week between - while also handling core HR responsibilities across employee records, compliance, training & development, and onboarding/offboarding, plus supporting the broader People team on recruiting, employee relations, and safety.
