Job description

We are looking for a driven Senior Payroll Specialist that is ready for a fast paced environment. A strong attention to detail and appreciation on data accuracy is required. We need someone that is comfortable in online meetings with clients as well as phone and email communication. The right candidate will need to be able to adapt quickly and continuously develop their knowledge base. Having the ability to follow direction is important. Having the capacity to problem solve will set you up for success in this position.

Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Prior work history at a payroll service provider is preferred

This is an in office position (remote work not permitted)

Customer Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

English Language - Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
