Origin Staffing is conducting a confidential search for aSenior Payroll Associateto join the collaborative payroll team of a highly regarded global investment organization.

This is an attractive opportunity for an experienced payroll professional who enjoys working as part of a close-knit team rather than operating in a silo. The position will help support multi-state payroll for a large U.S. employee population while partnering with colleagues across Payroll, Human Resources, Benefits, and Finance.

Scope

  • Work alongside the payroll team to process accurate and timely multi-state, biweekly payroll.
  • Assist with payroll changes, deductions, off-cycle payments, reporting, reconciliations, and employee questions.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance on audits, year-end activities, and payroll-related projects.
  • Help identify practical ways to improve payroll processes, controls, and reporting.

Qualifications
