In this role, you'll help ensure that more than 350 team members are paid accurately and on time while serving as a trusted resource for payroll and timekeeping questions.

This is an on-site position, giving you the opportunity to work directly with team members and leaders across the organization to build relationships and support a positive employee experience built on trust, responsiveness, and accountability.

Experience with UKG Workforce Management is highly desired, and candidates with direct UKG experience will be strongly preferred.

Pay Range: $$67,000-$75,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

Own the Pay Experience

  • Run biweekly payroll for more than 350 team members—accurate, timely, and compliant.
  • Process payroll adjustments, manual checks, and special payrolls.
  • Serve as a trusted payroll resource for employees and leaders.

Be the UKG Expert

  • Act as a primary administrator for UKG Workforce Management.
  • Troubleshoot issues, support users, and help optimize system performance.
  • Ensure workforce data remains accurate, reliable, and actionable.

Be the Compliance & Reporting Pro

  • Coordinate PBJ reporting and support payroll audits, tax reporting, and year-end activities.
  • Manage garnishments, benefit deductions, and payroll compliance requirements.
  • Prepare reports and reconciliations that support sound business decisions.

Partner Across the Organization

  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and operational leaders to ensure payroll accuracy and data integrity.
  • Support employee lifecycle changes, including new hires, transfers, pay changes, and separations.
  • Train and support managers and employees on payroll and timekeeping systems.

Help Create an Exceptional Employee Experience

  • Make payroll easy, accurate, and accessible.
  • Build trust through responsiveness, accuracy, and follow-through.
  • Help create a workplace where employees feel supported, valued, and able to thrive.

WHAT YOU KNOW AND HAVE EXPERIENCED

  • Hands-on experience with UKG Workforce Management (formerly Kronos) is highly desired and strongly preferred. Because this role serves as a primary UKG administrator and employee resource, candidates with direct UKG experience will stand out.
  • Three or more years of payroll administration experience, preferably in a multi-department organization supporting 250+ employees.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll administration, wage and hour regulations, payroll taxes, garnishments, and benefit deductions.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting, reconciliations, and data analysis.
  • Experience supporting payroll audits, reporting, reconciliations, and compliance activities.
  • Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Payroll Based Journal (PBJ) reporting and CMS requirements preferred.
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation preferred
