The Plant Manager will direct and manage the aggregate operations for a facility with overall responsibilities for safety, environmental, maintenance, quality, and other production-related activities. The position ensures compliance with all standards, policies, and regulations for a safe, environmentally sound production of a quality product.

  • Manages an aggregates plant/site

  • Has responsibility for the plant/site's profit and loss
  • Develops and manages the budget for own site
  • Ensures safety and health policies are followed
  • Complies with environmental programs, guidelines and policies
  • Complies with company, local, state and federal rules and regulations
