Job description

You'll own a workstream inside a larger, mid-stream program, picking up a system that already has an MVP in flight and driving it through rollout and V2 definition.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own the day-to-day management of a workstream within the broader program
  • Coordinate across teams to keep the MVP rollout on track and moving toward production
  • Drive definition and scoping for V2, working with stakeholders to nail down requirements
  • Apply tactical analysis to understand the technical details of the work, not just the schedule
  • Track progress, dependencies, and timelines for a workstream operating inside a larger program
  • Surface risks and blockers early and work with technical leads to resolve them
  • Keep stakeholders aligned on status, decisions, and tradeoffs throughout rollout and V2 planning
  • Report progress clearly to program leadership and the client

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 5+ years experience managing a workstream or project within a larger, multi-team program
  • Background in financial services, with exposure to payments, credit, debit, or ACH systems
  • Background in software engineering, tactical or technical analysis
  • Comfort working in environments where an MVP is live and the focus is shifting to rollout and next-phase definition
  • Experience scaling a team, including planning for and onboarding new engineers
  • Familiarity with AWS
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to translate technical detail for non-technical audiences
  • A clear communicator who can coordinate across technical and business teams without losing precision
