Role Overview
As an Implementation Consultant, you will lead end-to-end deployment of enterprise solutions for clients across diverse industries. This role combines strong functional understanding with hands-on product implementation expertise, ensuring successful delivery aligned with client requirements and business objectives. Additionally experience implementing out of the box products (Like Temenos T24, FIS Treasury and Payments, Kyriba, Finastra etc) would be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
• Client Engagement & Requirement Gathering: Conduct detailed discussions with client stakeholders to understand business needs, functional requirements, and integration points.
• Product Fitment Analysis: Assess client requirements against product capabilities, identify gaps, and recommend configurations or customizations.
• Process Mapping and Alignment-As Is and To Be
• Environment Setup & Configuration: Install and configure product components, set up workflows, business rules, and exception handling mechanisms.
• Product Customization: Parameterize features, compliance checks, and operational rules within the product to meet client-specific needs.
Integration:
• Implement interfaces with client systems using APIs, messaging frameworks, and transformation tools.
• Data Mapping & Migration: Prepare mapping templates, execute migration scripts, and validate data integrity post-migration.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing; troubleshoot defects and optimize configurations.
• Go-Live & Hypercare Support: Manage cutover activities, monitor system performance, and resolve post-implementation issues.
Collaboration:
• Work closely with client IT teams, vendor specialists, and internal QA/DevOps teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Documentation & Training: Prepare configuration guides, SOPs, and deliver training sessions for client teams.
Domain Expertise
• Strong Knowledge in Payments domain
• ISO20022 knowledge
• Strong understanding of implementation methodologies, business process orchestration, and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical configurations and workflows.
