Job Description

Responsible for account enrollment for channel membership programs as well as the weekly process of - Validating and scrubbing customer data in order to support internal reporting and payment systems. Analysis of customer data in order to identify inconsistencies and report out findings to the appropriate team for resolution. Attends regularly scheduled meetings in order to help improvements to our data management systems, and is responsible for supporting our reporting customers in relation to escalations involving customer data issues.

Qualifications

Proficient in MS Excel and possesses good analytical and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Access and other Office applications is a bonus. 2 yrs experience in related field is preferred.
