Job description

Six Flags Great American is currently seeking a Solutions Manager role. This position reports to the Group Sales Manager, and is responsible for many of the behind the scenes functions to assist in execution of our Group Events. In addition to order, agreement processing and event execution, this role will assist in the transformation of the transaction process to drive efficiencies for Small Group Demand business segment.

Starting Salary: $63,0000


Responsibilities:
• Assist with and help improve the organizational process needed for order taking, contracting, invoicing, inventory management, payment processing and deliverables distribution for groups and partnerships
• Work with Call Center and e-com teams on cross-training and operations to book and service inbound sales customers.
• Report on business performance of Small Group Demand area to the Group Sales Manager on a weekly basis.
• Ensure that Corporate Sponsorship activations are properly executed.
• Work with Activation Manager and Sales Department to ensure customers orders are fulfilled in a timely, efficient and best in class manner
• Assist the department as needed to ensure events, tickets and billing are executed for all channels as needed.


Requirements:
• Associate's degree / vocational or technical school. Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Administration is preferred
• 2-4 years of work related experience
• Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign & Creative Suite is preferred
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects at various times.
