Role: Customer Service Tax Analyst
Location: Dallas, TX, 75234 – Onsite
Pay: 17.00 per hour on W2
Skills: Customer Service, Call Center, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Work Schedule: Any 8 hours shift between 8 AM EST – 8 PM EST (Monday-Friday)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Tax Analyst to join our team onsite in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will handle tax payment processing, manage live checks, and ensure accurate and timely transactions with taxing jurisdictions. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process tax payments to various tax offices accurately and on time.
- Handle live checks, including return checks, refunds, void/reissue requests, and stop payments.
