We specialize in personal injury cases and are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager (Intake) experienced in personal injury to join our remote team. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Personal Injury Sales Manager (Intake) who will be responsible for overseeing the intake process, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring the highest standards of performance.

The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in setting and managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), developing and implementing drip, email, and SMS campaigns, and will be expected to meet strict deadlines and goals. Additionally, the Sales Manager (Intake) must be skilled in formulating closing scripts to effectively close clients, sourcing advertisement vendors, and hiring agencies to attract personal injury clients, all while staying within budget. A strong familiarity with setting up Google Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns, Facebook campaigns, and finding talent to create impactful creatives to boost intake numbers is essential, along with superb client acquisition skills.

Compensation: $65,000 - $68,000 per annum. Key Responsibilities Set and enforce KPI standards for the intake team. Develop and manage drip, email, and SMS marketing campaigns.

Oversee the intake process to ensure efficient and effective client onboarding. Formulate and implement closing scripts to close potential clients. Source advertisement vendors and hire agencies to bring in personal injury clients while managing budgets effectively.

Set up and manage Google Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns and Facebook advertising campaigns. Identify and collaborate with creative professionals to develop impactful marketing materials that drive client intake. Manage and motivate the intake team to achieve performance goals.

Sell and close deals with potential clients, ensuring a smooth transition to the legal team. Ensure high standards of performance and client satisfaction are maintained at all times. Maintain familiarity with Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Lifetime Value (LTV) to optimize client acquisition strategies.

Hire, fire, and source talent for the intake team, ensuring a top-performing unit. Requirements Proven experience in personal injury intake and sales management is required. Personal injury law experience is mandatory.

Extremely computer proficient with experience in CRM, marketing automation tools, and online advertising platforms. Ability to set and achieve goals and meet deadlines consistently. Strong sales skills with a proven track record of closing deals.

Ability to formulate effective closing scripts for client acquisition. Experience in sourcing advertisement vendors and managing agencies within budget. Strong understanding of Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Lifetime Value (LTV).

Familiarity with setting up Google Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns and Facebook advertising campaigns. Experience in finding and collaborating with creative professionals to increase intake numbers. Experience in hiring, firing, and sourcing talent for the intake team.
