We have an IMMEDIATE HIRING NEED for the following position:
Home Health Nurse – LPN -PRN - Part-time
Job Description:
As a home health nurse – LPN, your responsibilities will be to assess patient's condition with face-to-face visits, perform evaluation tasks including vital signs and medication review, administer medication as prescribed by the patient’s physician, dress (or re-dress) wounds, provide patient education, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team regarding care plan progress, and make recommendations for devices/tools/medications that might improve patient’s quality of life.
Job Requirements: 
  • Must have successfully completed a FL-approved LPN program from an industry-accredited institution.
  • Must have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.
  • Must successfully complete a Level II background check prior to offer and initiation of training. https://info.flclearinghouse.com
  • Must complete a competency check and all orientation prior to initiating patient care. 
Current FL State LPN license is required.
