Job description

Wanted: Superstar Veterinary Client Service Representative!

Full-Time Position $16-$20 depending on experience

Are you the human equivalent of a tail wag-friendly, enthusiastic, and impossible not to smile at? Do you love animals so much that you secretly talk to them like they understand every word? If so, we want YOU to join our crew at Wasilla Veterinary Clinic!

We're on the hunt for a Client Service Representative (CSR) who can juggle phones, appointments, and furry visitors like a circus star-while still making every client feel like they just walked into a five-star spa.

What You'll Be Doing (Besides Petting ALL the Animals ):

  • Greeting clients with your brightest smile and making every visit a pawsitive experience

  • Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and being the go-to guru for client questions

  • Helping our veterinarians and techs with admin tasks (we promise they're lovable, but busy!)

  • Keeping client records up-to-date and the reception area looking fabulous

  • Basically being the heart and soul of our front desk-without needing a stethoscope

Who We're Looking For:

  • Someone with previous customer service or veterinary experience (bonus points if you can speak "pup" or "meow")

  • A multitasking wizard who can answer the phone while soothing a nervous kitty

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and ready to roll with a positive attitude

  • Computer-savvy, reliable, and as dependable as a Labrador fetching a ball

Why You'll Love It Here:

  • Join a team that shares your love for animals (and your appreciation for funny pet memes)

  • Opportunities for growth and development-because we like our people as happy as our pets

  • Employee discounts, staff bonuses, and health, dental, and vision benefits

  • 401(k) with matching, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, flexible scheduling, and even a scrub allowance (we know you'll want to look cute while saving lives)

Pay: D.O.E.

If you're ready to bring your energy, compassion, and sense of humor to a team that truly values you-and the pets you'll help-then apply today!

We can't wait to meet our next front-desk superstar.
