Position Description
The Pavement Quality Technician is responsible for initial set-up of large asphalt compactors, making necessary adjusts to the compactors and rolling patterns, and monitoring density through daily paving operations using Pavement Quality Indicators.
Position Requirements
We are looking for an individual who has knowledge of the hot mix asphalt operations (preferred, not required); work in a team environment; exhibit honesty and trustworthiness; and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. This individual must possess a valid driver's license, a good driving record and a high school diploma/GED. 2-3 years of asphalt experience is preferred.
