Opportunity for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)!

New Patterns ABA is seeking caring, devoted, and dependable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our expanding team! This is a great opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children and families.

Position Overview:
As part of our team, you will work under the guidance and supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans and help clients build essential life skills in home, school, and community settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community environments

  • Implement customized treatment plans created by a BCBA

  • Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior

  • Assist in developing and carrying out behavior intervention strategies

  • Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients and their families

Qualifications:

  • Current RBT certification (preferred, not required)

  • Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others

  • Ability to stay organized, manage time effectively, and follow through on responsibilities

  • Comfort working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds
