JOIN OUR TEAM AS A FOUNDING STUDIO PILATES INSTRUCTOR

We're launching something new.

As a Founding STUDIO Pilates Instructor, you'll help bring VASA's newest boutique fitness experience to life. This is a unique opportunity to join at the ground level, build excitement around a new product, and help establish the member experience that will define STUDIO Pilates at VASA.

We're looking for instructors who are passionate about Pilates, energized by building community, and excited to help grow something from the beginning. This role is about more than teaching great classes—it's about creating an experience that keeps members coming back and inspires others to join.

Training begins in July!

 

HOW YOU WILL CHANGE LIVES

As a STUDIO Pilates Instructor, you'll help members build strength, confidence, mobility, and body awareness through safe, effective reformer Pilates classes.

As a Founding Instructor, you'll play an important role in the success of a brand-new product launch. You'll execute VASA's STUDIO Pilates programming and brand standards while creating exceptional experiences that drive participation, engagement, and member retention.

Every class is an opportunity to welcome someone new, build relationships, and help members feel connected to the STUDIO Pilates community. Through expert coaching, positive energy, and consistent execution, you'll help create an experience that members can't wait to return to.

You'll serve as an ambassador for the program by helping members discover STUDIO Pilates, encouraging participation, and creating excitement around the newest addition to VASA's fitness offerings.

COMPENSATION

 

Class Pay: $40-$55 per hour

 

Attendance Bonus Opportunities: Earn an additional $5–$10 per class based on participation and attendance goals.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for instructors who are passionate about Pilates, confident leading groups, and motivated to help grow a new fitness offering.

  • Pilates Mat Certification required
  • Reformer Certification strongly preferred
  • Current CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire)
  • Experience teaching Pilates, group fitness, or similar movement-based classes preferred
  • Strong understanding of movement patterns, alignment, body mechanics, and safe exercise progressions
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable promoting classes, building relationships, and generating excitement around the STUDIO Pilates experience
  • Positive, professional, and inclusive approach
  • Passion for fitness and helping people reach their goals
  • Openness to feedback and commitment to continuous learning and development
