Job description

Wildflower Hormones is seeking a licensed NP or PA to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor, focused on hormone evaluation and prescribing. We provide personalized, science-based hormone care for midlife women, integrating HRT with functional nutrition and lab testing.

This role is fully virtual to start, with a transition to hybrid (Fort Collins, CO) expected within a year. Hours are completely flexible. Immediate start available.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients for HRT candidacy, including history and lab review
  • Prescribe and manage bioidentical hormone replacement therapy
  • Provide thorough HRT counseling and follow-up care
  • Collaborate with our care team (PA, NP, dietician, functional medicine nurse, health coach)
  • Deliver an attentive, high-quality patient experience

Requirements:

  • Active NP or PA license in good standing
  • Demonstrated HRT prescribing experience
  • Comfort with telehealth visits
  • Strong communication skills

Preferred:

  • Functional medicine or functional nutrition training
  • Menopause certification (e.g., MSCP)
  • Experience with functional lab testing
