Looking for steady, full-time work where your skills actually matter?
Wieland Designs is hiring an Advanced Upholstery Technician to join our Topeka team. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in quality, works efficiently, and supports the team.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
(Overtime or occasional weekend work may be required based on production needs)

What You’ll Do:

  • Complete advanced upholstery and assembly work across multiple product lines
  • Read and follow patterns, specs, and work instructions
  • Maintain quality while meeting production pace (takt time)
  • Troubleshoot issues to keep production moving
  • Support cross-training and team development
