As a Security Guard Full Time Judicial Patrol Driver in West Palm Beach, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a government location, where you will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, support access control activities, and maintain a visible presence that helps deter incidents. What You'll Do:
  • Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public at government facilities by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
  • Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as required, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation in accordance with site policies.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and public-service agencies when required.
  • Maintain a professional presence while helping to deter unauthorized access, disruptive behavior, and property-related concerns at assigned locations.

Minimum Requirements:
  • At least one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience is required.
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Guard card is required.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 21 years of age for unarmed role.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
