Job Profile
JOB SUMMARY:
Support the service by maintaining records and coordinating appointments, referrals and registration and using their clerical expertise to advance the organization and productivity of the unit. Requires multitasking in a fast pace environment and must be enthusiastic self-starter.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: High School Diploma with 2 years college preferred
Work Experience (Years and Area): Min 1 yr Call center or customer service environment
Equipment Operated: PC, FAX, PHONES
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Communication Skills:
Writing /Composing (Correspondence/Reports)
Other Skills:
Medical Terms, P.C., Statistical, Typing (wpm 20)
Advanced Education:
Advance Training Specialty: Associates Degree in Business Administration preferred.
